Allow administrators to fully brand the Client Portal homepage without requiring custom CSS.

Requested controls:

Customize button colors (e.g., "View Course")

Customize progress circle colors

Customize link colors

Customize portal accent colors

Customize navigation element colors

These elements currently require custom CSS overrides even though the platform already supports the underlying styling. Exposing these settings in the UI would provide a more consistent and professional branded experience for course creators and training organizations.
