Chat Feature like Intercomm in Client Portal/ Comunities

If you see the chat feature in communities it is very basic & not usable to a very large extent. If it becomes like Intercomm, I don't see even a single reason people would go to skool or any other community platform or even client support platforms.
Go high level with become world's no.1 client management platform.
Simple request:
- As business owners we should be able to monitor what chats are happening individually between our community admins aka client success managers and the clients itself.
- There should be an option to create tickets inside the applications from clients end, and the ticket gets resolved once the client is happy.
- We should be given an option through which we can limit people in a group to just message admins or client support managers assigned.
- There should be automation options for chat for regular follow ups with clients in a certain group. For Free groups it can do the work of lead gen, and in premium groups it can be useful for client follow ups & satisfaction.
- Final - AI Database, we should be able to feed our database to AI, which manages client queries & if clients aren't satisfied with answers they can choose to speak to a customer success manager or create a ticket.
If this can't be achieved, We should have an option to integrate Intercomm with Kollab App & Web Community Platform so that we can do this using intercomm.
I promise as soon as this gets rolled out, it's a matter of time Go High Level will not have a single competitors on the planet until I go and give them the same suggestion lol.

YES. With something like intercom inside communities / courses, this would be GAME OVER. Skool is already basically useless in my professional opinion, this would be the nail in the coffin. Probably the most underrated idea on here.
