Needs to have an app for appointment booking. Refer to something like acuity, Booksy, or squire. Clients should be able to sign in to save their details, such as card details, and other important information.

Please allow clients to be able to log in and manage their own bookings/appointments - create new, rescheduling, cancellations. It would be nice to be able to let them self manage details like address, payments, etc.. View basic information from CRM like service history.

Any update on this? woulds this also include Service V2 bookings? I've had to create a custom build using middleware and API calls into a funnel frontend to provide a more usable portal for my Client's members of their 4-location fitness studio. What happened to the plans released in Dec 2025? This is needed so GHL Agency can be competitive with Booksy, Squire, Varago, and Mindbody, which also have a real branded app experience.

So Im seeing this was requested two years ago with 600+ people asking for it. This is my niche industry and I can't compete with Acquity, Vargo, etc. Clients should be able to see past services booked, log in and make quick and simple appointments. Planning.... The time is now GHL!

There was a post in HL IG page yesterday about an updated client portal that has appointment booking / Service booking management.... is this in beta? do we need to request access?
