Needs to have an app for appointment booking. Refer to something like acuity, Booksy, or squire. Clients should be able to sign in to save their details, such as card details, and other important information.

We have an app waiting for review called CleverBooking, that we have developed and been using for our own clients. We're now opening it up to everyone. The restaurants we have using it really love it - and it will be for other industries also, on launch. It has replaced our client's existing booking platforms and is saving them money while increasing bookings and customer reviews. I'd be interested to get any thoughts on it from other agencies - so please let me know if you're interested and I will send you the link to add it for your clients. It should be another week or so before fully available in any case.
Also, there is a feature request element built in, which we can act quickly on, as we intend to scale CleverBooking rapidly. It is available within HighLevel but also on tablet devices, phones and desktops. All is fed back into HL of course! It also has auto-emails sent via Postmark for high delivery - these include booking confirmations, cancellations and "How did we do?" automations that you can link in to Reputation links in HL to gain reviews!
Any other agencies who would like a link to test, I will share a store link to use today, we would welcome your input!

Please allow clients to be able to log in and manage their own bookings/appointments - create new, rescheduling, cancellations. It would be nice to be able to let them self manage details like address, payments, etc.. View basic information from CRM like service history.

Any update on this? woulds this also include Service V2 bookings? I've had to create a custom build using middleware and API calls into a funnel frontend to provide a more usable portal for my Client's members of their 4-location fitness studio. What happened to the plans released in Dec 2025? This is needed so GHL Agency can be competitive with Booksy, Squire, Varago, and Mindbody, which also have a real branded app experience.
