Workflow Switcher: Jump Between Workflows Instantly

Meet the Workflow Switcher, built for users managing multiple automations. Jump between workflows without leaving the builder so you can compare, edit, or reuse steps across workflows seamlessly.
How it works
In the Advanced Builder, click on the Workflow Switcher button on the left sidebar. (Or use Shift + W)
A side panel opens showing your most recent workflows (plus search).
Quick Search:
 Search by workflow name; recent items are listed for one-click access.
Selecting a workflow opens it in a new browser tab, so your current canvas stays put.
Tip: Pair Workflow Switcher with copy/paste across workflows to reuse branches and speed up build time.
How to use it
In Advanced Builder, click the Workflow Switcher button on the left side bar.
Search or scroll to select another workflow.
Switch instantly — edits are saved automatically.
Additional Notes
Advanced Builder only:
 Workflow Switcher is present in the Advanced Builder sidebar at launch. This feature will come in the standard builder soon.
Tab behavior:
 Each selection opens a new tab (your current builder remains open).
Why we built it
Previously, moving between workflows meant exiting the builder, finding the next one, and waiting for reloads. Now, you can navigate seamlessly across automations in one click, saving tons of time and keeping you focused.
