We’ve added a new way to help your clients stay connected with customers — directly from their Google Business Profile (GBP).

What’s New?
You can now add
WhatsApp and Text Message contact options
to a GBP listing — giving businesses more ways to be reachable by customers who prefer messaging over calls.🧭
Where to Find It
- Navigate to: Reputation → GBP Optimization
- Scroll just below the Phone Number field
- You’ll now see fields for Text Message and WhatsApp

Heads-up:
If both fields are filled, Text Message will take priority
as the contact method shown on the GBP listing.
