WhatsApp Flows in your customer's language
Appointment booking flows now come in 13 languages. Pick one when you create the flow and the whole booking experience is shown in that language, from the timezone and date pickers through to the confirm button. Form flows already work in any language you write them in.

> 🌍 Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Dutch and the Nordics, out of the box. Your customer books in their own language, on the app they already use.
What's new
📅 13 languages for appointment booking
- Choose when you connect your calendar:Set the language on the flow and the whole booking experience follows. English, German, Spanish, French (France and Canada), Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Danish, Finnish and Swedish.
- Regional variants where they matter:French for France and Canada, Portuguese for Brazil and Portugal, so the wording matches the market rather than approximating it.
- Everything in the booking flow translates:The timezone picker, date and time selectors, field labels, helper text and the confirm button all appear in the chosen language.
📝 Form flows in any language at all
- Write it, send it:Because you author the questions yourself, a form flow renders in whatever language you write it in. No picker needed and no list to be limited by.
- Build one form per market:Write your intake form in Spanish for your Spanish-speaking contacts and in English for everyone else, and send whichever fits.
👀 See it before you publish
- Live preview in your chosen language:The preview renders exactly as your customer will see it, so you can check the translation reads well before anything goes live.
- Visible at a glance:Language shows as a column in your flows list, so you can see your coverage across every flow you have built.
Where this pays off
- Serving Latin America:Spanish and both Portuguese variants mean your Mexican, Colombian, Peruvian and Brazilian customers book appointments in their own language rather than working through English.
- European agencies:German, French, Italian, Dutch and the Nordic languages cover most of the continent from one setup.
- Businesses with mixed audiences:Build the same booking flow in two or three languages and send the right one based on who you are messaging.
- Anyone selling internationally:Asking someone to book in a second language is friction. Removing it is some of the easiest conversion work available to you.
How to use it
- Go to Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Flows.
- Click Create Flowand chooseAppointment booking.
- On Flow details, select your calendar, then choose theLanguage.
- Check the live preview, which renders in the language you selected.
- Continue to the WhatsApp template step and publish.
For a form flow, simply write your form in the language you want and send it as a flow. The language it is written in is the language your customer sees.
Why this matters for your business
WhatsApp is the primary messaging channel across Latin America and much of Europe, and most of those customers are not messaging you in English. A booking flow in someone's own language is the difference between a confirmed appointment and a conversation that stalls at the calendar. This brings your flows in line with where your customers actually are.
- Let customers book in their own language, across 11 languages and 13 regional options
- Cover Latin America properly, with Spanish and both Portuguese variants
- Run one playbook across Europe, from German and French through to the Nordics
- Collect form responses in any language, by writing the form the way your market speaks
- Keep your flows consistent, with language visible across your whole list
Open Settings → Communications → WhatsApp → Flows and build your next booking flow in your customer's language.
