Uberall Integration with Listings

Overview

We’re excited to announce Uberall as a new local listings engine option, now available alongside Yext.

With this release, agencies can configure their preferred listings provider at the Agency level, ensuring operational consistency across all subaccounts and business entities. Once chosen, the selected engine will power all new listings activity under that agency.

What’s New?

Dual Engine Support
– Agencies can now choose between Yext and Uberall based on client needs and operational goals.
Agency-Level Configuration
– Selection is done via the Reselling page in the Agency view. The choice applies to all future business entity subscriptions.
Clear Engine Visibility
– Selected engine is displayed in key UI areas for transparency.
Centralized Management
– Engine logic is locked at the Agency level for operational simplicity.

Smart Engine Comparison
– Side-by-side comparison UI to help agencies make an informed decision.
Permission Control
– Only Agency Owners/Admins can configure the engine.
Subaccount Limitation
– Subaccounts can manage subscriptions but cannot change the engine setting.
Whitelabeled Subaccount Experience
– Subaccounts see a fully branded Online Listings interface with no vendor branding unless shared by the agency.

How to Configure

Go to the
Agency view
in HighLevel.
From the left menu, select
Reselling
.
Scroll to the
Listings card
and click
Change Engine
.
Review the
side-by-side comparison
of Yext vs. Uberall.
Tick the
acknowledgment checkbox
confirming your choice.
Click
Change Engine to save
.

The selected engine will display as

"Powered by Uberall"

"Powered by Yext"

on the card.
