Agency admins can head over the the
manage client
section of any sub-account and find the Pause Sub-Account

The agency continues to have access to the sub-account
Agency users can login and make changes to the sub-account as usual. However there are certain visual ques so agency users are aware that a sub-account is paused.
What does my client (account admins & account users) see when their sub-account is paused?
If you have a SaaS client with a failed subscription
Your client will see a screen to re-activate their SaaS subscription. They can change payment method if required. Once they have reactivated their SaaS subscription, their sub-account will be resumed automatically.
If you have a regular (non-SaaS) client or if you SaaS client doesn't have a failed subscription
Your client will see a screen to contact you (the agency) to resolve the situation. We will use your phone number & email from your agency settings page.
