What’s New

Completely Redesigned Interface: The new interface brings clarity and structure to every interaction. Panels are collapsible, giving you flexibility to expand reading space or focus on specific views.

New Capabilities Added

1. Upgraded Email Composer:

Full-Screen Email Composer:
The new full-screen composer gives you all the space you need to focus, format, and finish your emails comfortably — no more typing through tiny windows.

Inline Email Reply Composer:
Stay in the flow. The inline reply composer opens right under the message you’re responding to, keeping the thread visible and the context intact — so you never lose your place mid-reply.

Full-View Email Reader:
Reading long email threads is now effortless. You can expand the message view into Full-View Reading Mode, giving you space to focus on every detail — no cramped text, no endless scrolling, just clean continuity.

2. Unified Right Panel:

All contact fields, folders, and custom fields are now accessible directly within Conversations — no need to switch tabs.
You can now access Activities, Associations, Documents and Payments tabs directly from Conversations module right panel.

3. Advanced Filtering:

You can now filter conversations by tags
Combine multiple conditions using AND/OR operators for precision control.

4. Keyboard Shortcuts:

Perform common actions and navigate faster without using your mouse.

5.On-Screen Attachment Preview

No more blind downloads. Attachments like PDFs and documents now open in an in-app preview window, so you can review them right inside Conversations. Whether it’s a contract, design mockup, or invoice, everything stays in view — no tab-hopping, no downloads.
