Client Portal (Branded App)
to enhance visibility into user churn drivers and improve retention insights.New cancellation reasons include:
- Unable to create Apple/Google developer accounts
- Too complicated or time-consuming to set up
- Lack of key features needed
- Faced technical issues or bugs
- Poor support service experience
- Clients are not using the app
- Did not understand how to use the app effectively
- Business priorities changed
- Found an alternative solution
- Too expensive for current needs
Also we introduced stability improvements and UI refinements in the cancellation modal for smoother handling and reporting.
