We’ve rebuilt Conditional Logic from the ground up to make it more powerful, flexible, and easy to use. With a clearer builder, expanded field/operator support, and new survey-level branching, you can now create highly dynamic experiences without external tools.
What’s New
1. Unified Builder UX
– A guided IF → STATE → VALUE flow makes logic legible and mistake-proof.
2. Expanded Field Coverage
– Now supports Multi Dropdown, Checkbox, File Upload, Signature, T&C and more in conditions.

3. New Operators
– Use Between for numbers, dates, scores, and monetary fields (with date-range presets like “Today,” “This week,” etc.).

4. Survey Jump To Enhancements
– Create field-level and now slide-level branching, sending respondents to specific slides.

How It Works
  1. Open Conditional Logic in your form or survey.
  2. Select IF → STATE → VALUE in the new guided builder.
  3. Chain multiple rules with AND/OR and reorder with drag-and-drop.
  4. Define actions like Redirect to URL, Display Message, Disqualify Lead, Show/Hide Fields, or Jump To.
  5. In surveys, apply rules at field-level or slide-level for powerful branching.
Why It Matters
  • Faster Building – Clear, structured UI reduces confusion and setup errors.
  • More Use Cases – Expanded field/operator coverage unlocks advanced workflows.
  • Better Targeting – Slide-level logic enables sophisticated survey flows.
  • Reduced Support Load – Simpler UX and better coverage address top support pain points.
  • Higher Activation & Retention – Builders can create more dynamic forms and surveys, driving engagement.
Conditional Logic v2 is now live for all users in Forms & Surveys.
