- Smart Tags Tab— A fresh section in Settings → Pipelines where you can define visual rules for each pipeline.
- Rule Builder— Create custom tags based on any Opportunity field and logic (e.g., Deal Value > $10,000 or Last Contacted > 30 days ago).
- 6 Pre-Built Tags— Jump right in with ready-made tags like High Value, Stale Deal, New Lead, At Risk, No Next Step, and Unassigned Deal.
- Live Preview— See exactly how your tag will appear on an Opportunity card before saving.
- Smart Card Layouts— Once tags are active, you can show them directly on your Opportunity cards (under Customize Card → Add fields → Smart Tags).
How It Works
- Go to Settings → Pipelines → [Pipeline Name] → Smart Tags.
- Click Add Smart Tag → choose a color, name, and rule conditions.
- Use Preview Tag to see how it’ll look.
- Save — and your cards instantly update with color-coded chips!
