Readers can now comment on your blog posts, reply to each other and react, right on the post. You review and answer every comment from a new Comments tab in Blogs.
Turn readers into a community. Answer questions where they're asked. Stay in control of what goes live.
🚀 What's new

  • Write comments and reply to other readers
  • Add emoji and attach an image
  • Like or dislike any comment
  • Follow threaded conversations, with Load more comments for long discussions

👷 How to use this feature
  1. Go to Sites → Blogs and open your blog site
  2. Open the blog post page in the builder
  3. Add the Comments element and style it to match your site
  4. Save and publish
  5. Manage comments and settings from the Comments tab
💡 Why it matters
  • Turn one-time readers into an engaged community
  • Answer customer questions in public, as your brand
  • Keep full control over what appears on your site
  • Keep posts fresh as conversations grow, with comments search engines can read
📝 Notes
  • Comments are turned on for a whole blog site, not per post. Removing the element removes comments from every post on that site
  • Readers can attach one image per comment
  • Anyone can read comments; readers sign in to comment, reply, like or dislike
  • Comments don't yet appear in Conversations, and commenters aren't added to Contacts
