We’ve just rolled out an important update to improve the wallet recharge experience for our international SaaS v2 users — especially those using Stripe or Square in countries with non-USD currencies.
The Problem
Until now, wallet top-ups only worked in USD, which caused failed transactions for sub-accounts with local currencies like:
  • 🇮🇳 INR (India)
  • 🇦🇺 AUD (Australia)
  • 🇧🇷 BRL (Brazil)
  • 🇲🇽 MXN (Mexico)
  • 🇬🇧 GBP (UK via Square)
These failures led to frustration and extra support overhead.
What’s Fixed
We’ve upgraded how wallet recharges work:
  1. The system now automatically fetches the default currency for each sub-account from the connected payment provider.
  2. All manual and auto wallet recharges now happen in the correct local currency—no more USD-only limitations.
