Affiliate Manager Import- Import from First Promoter with your Campaigns, Affiliates, Leads and Commission

Overview

We’re excited to introduce a guided import experience for FirstPromoter campaigns inside subaccount Affiliate Manager! This enhancement simplifies the process of syncing your affiliate campaigns, commissions, and affiliates into Affiliate Manager, ensuring a smoother setup and better visibility of your affiliate performance.

Getting Started with Import

Navigate to Campaigns > Import.
Connect your FirstPromoter account using your API credentials.
Select campaigns, resolve affiliate conflicts, and click Start Import.

What’s New

Campaign Dashboard Enhancements

View revenue generated, customers, churn, and leads directly in the Campaign dashboard. Campaigns now display affiliate performance details including commissions and revenue generated.

Guided Import Flow

Easily import campaigns and affiliate data from FirstPromoter in three simple steps:

Step 1: Connect Account - Enter your FirstPromoter Account ID & API Key. Helpful inline instructions guide you to retrieve credentials from your FirstPromoter dashboard.

Step 2: Select Campaigns- Choose which affiliate programs to import. View campaign details such as status, commission structure, affiliates count, and cookie life. Option to include pending commissions during import.

Step 3: Affiliate Management- Automatically creates new affiliates as contacts.Detects and highlights duplicate affiliate emails already in subaccount. Choose to merge, skip, or resolve conflicts with clear side-by-side details. Once resolved, all affiliates are ready for final import.

Conflict Resolution Improvements- Real-time detection of duplicate emails. Clear conflict indicators with affiliate name, status, email, and join date. Simple actions to merge or skip, reducing errors and duplicates in your CRM.
