How to Use the 30-Day Free Trial

Opting In at the Agency Level
Agencies are opted out by default. To enable the trial:
- Go to Agency Dashboard
- Navigate to Reselling > WhatsApp Reselling
- Check "Enable 30-Day Free Trial for WhatsApp subscriptions"
- Click Save
Once enabled, all new sub-account activations will receive the trial automatically unless disabled individually.

Opting Out for a Specific Sub-Account
- Go to Sub-Accounts > [Select Sub-Account] > Reselling Tab
- Deselect āActivate a free 30-Day WhatsApp subscription trialā
- Click Save

Direct Deployment of the Free Trial
- Go to Sub-Accounts > [Select Sub-Account] > Reselling Tab
- Select āActivate a free 30-Day WhatsApp subscription trialā
- Agree to terms and click "Start Free Subscription Trial"
