When an existing client calls, a pop-up window will automatically appear on the screen, displaying the client's record, including name, contact details, and treatment history.
If the incoming call is from an unrecognised number, the system will trigger a pop-up with the message:
“New Client – No record found. Please create a new client profile.”
Optional: Include a quick-action button to "Create New Client Record" directly from the pop-up.
