CUSTOM CALL DISPOSITIONS - We need this so badly for call reports. Such a vital function for any company prospecting through call campaigns. I believe this is something I think everyone can benefit from. I'm actually surprised GHL doesn't have this.
* Also, when using the dialer, it would be helpful if when we landed on the next lead we didn't have to click the "notes" icon to see the last interaction with the prospect. As it stands, it defaults to "activity".
