As agency owners/admins, once we send a staff invitation to a new team member, that user becomes a license liability and an unknown quantity until they log in. We currently have no easy way to track the onboarding process, leading to issues knowing whether a client has access to their account or not.
The Solution:
Please add new columns/filters to the User/Staff Management view that track the following crucial data points:
  • Invitation Status: Pending (Email Sent), Accepted (Account Created), Expired
  • Invitation Sent Date: The timestamp of the original invite.
  • Last Login Date/Time: The most recent timestamp a user successfully logged into the platform.
Why this will get traction and improve workflow:
Cost Savings: Quickly identify and reclaim licenses from users who haven't accepted their invite or are inactive.
Streamlined Onboarding: Follow up directly with new hires whose status is "Pending" to ensure they complete setup.
Security & Compliance: Easily conduct regular security audits to deactivate accounts that show no login activity for a defined period.
