I want to be able to export calls in bulk with their audio file. Our clients like to listed to their calls for training and tracking and it's a hassle to download each one individually. Also the audio file name is a mess when downloaded.

I totally agree this suggestion. I have a insurance agent client and he is required by law to have his calls recorded and stored (other than in our app. It is a waste of his time to download them one at a time. This feature is a must for him.

Ben Henkel: They had been no solution yet that I have seen and for me this is still a needed requirement.
