I'd like this functionality also. To know when my client has confirmed their appointment either manually or via Google calendar.

🚨 in a sales call funnel the current appointment statuses are not valuable.
I currently have to use a workaround in opportunity pipeline which is not ideal.
"Confirmed" appointment status should be that the sales rep/business owner has confirmed that the client will be there (aka they confirmed with the client through call or text prior to the appointment, not just that the client simply made an appointment using the calendar)
"New" should be client booked the appointment, but rep hasn't confirmed with client yet through call or text (aka they haven't confirmed if the client is really gonna show up or not)
manual appointment approvals (aka if the REP/BUSINESS OWNER actually needs to confirm the appointment or time slot manually) should just be: "Manual Approval Needed"

Any expected date for this?

Very necessary - when is this coming into effect?

Need the ability to trigger off of not confirmed. If the client fails to confirm an appointment I could trigger an email after the non confirmed appointment has passed letting them know they missed an opportunity.

Also the way you have confirmed is not realistic for service based businesses. Take a martial arts school for example. When someone makes an appointment online or we make it for them manually after a call, that appointment should not be set to "confirmed." It needs to be confirmed the day before or day of. Currently you have workflows for manual appointments only able to be triggered if it is appointment status is "confirmed." But its not confirmed so I've had to abandon the entire appointment status and build something in opportunities to get around this.

Customer Booked vs Office Booked Appointments Are Triggering Simultaneously in Workflows

In workflows, when a lead self-schedules into the calendar triggering Customer Booked Appointment, a separate workflow, Appointments, is also triggered which fires off a different set of texts/emails. Please separate the Customer Booked Appointment from Appointments triggers so they differentiate properly. This works correctly in the Campaigns/Triggers format.
