Workflow step for checking call status

Similar to email event or contact reply, this would check the status of a manual call or call to determine if the call was answered, voicemail left, busy tone, or no answer.
Currently, the workaround is to put them in a new workflow and use the trigger to check the call status. HOWEVER, it would be nice if this can be done in one workflow.

YES! YES! YES! This would help so much having one work flow initiate the call event and wait for the call status. This would be extremely helpful because we can now have multiple powerdialers and checking call status for each one within the workflow.

' Call Status - Voicemail ' should detect once a voicemail is LEFT, not once the voicemail recording begins playing...

Suresh Babu Sakthi PLEASE PLEASE Add these call status into WORKFLOW. Twilio has these call status as default. We need PENDING and ANSWERED call status as soon as possible. These Call Status are available in API V2 CallDataDTO but not in WORKFLOW. This is so simple task for you to enable.
