[Workflow] Live Chat Trigger + Action's

- The customer reply workflow trigger (needs reply channel live chat added)...I just tested and reply channel chat widget does not trigger if the chat is changed to live chat instead of sms/email chat.
- A communication workflow action needs to be added to send live chat reply from workflow
This opens up notifications, and a whole world of other workflow automations with the new live chat communication channel.
This would allow replies from workflow AI action and other integrated AI solutions and release full control over the new live chat channel accelerating its functionality and use.

Really really need this, live chat is fairly useless without it. This does not allow for a chatbot / live chat experience

Yes, huge oversight! This was supposed to be added way back when WF AI was launched.
Please add Live Chat, WhatsApp, email - any channel they use to enter in. The idea is to get client going, conversing and converting quick and web chat is the only 'live' customer service - without needing to do A2P.

I agree on everything said here. The Conversation AI's action should also include the Live Chat, and Email, in order to understand if a lead qualifies to book an appointment, and avoid us jumping in a meeting with someone who don't qualifies at all

We urgently require this feature because there's no 'Live Chat' message element available to insert in the 'wait for reply' step. So it's not possible to trigger a chatbot reply for live chat.

yes I agree with this. Live chat should work real time replies not just SMS/email from our response. Please have this planned. This is inline with my request

Definitely needed. Currently there's little control of the conversational AI in live chat. We need to be able to apply workflows in the same way as for Facebook, Instagram etc.
