Workflow Emails to Additional Email Fields or Multiple Contacts

Currently, workflow emails can only be sent to the primary email field on a contact record. This creates operational limitations for businesses that work with multiple stakeholders tied to the same opportunity.
We are requesting the ability to:
- Send workflow emails to additional email fields on the same contact (e.g., Secondary Email, Billing Email, Assistant Email)
- Select multiple email fields as recipients within a single workflow action
- Send workflow emails to related contacts associated with the same opportunity (e.g., spouse, business partner, decision-maker)
Common Use Cases
- Weddings or private events where both partners need all communications
- Corporate bookings where an admin and decision-maker must receive confirmations
- Invoices or contracts that must go to both the primary contact and a billing contact
- Multi-contact deals within one pipeline opportunity
Suggested Implementation
- In the "Send Email" workflow action, allow recipient selection via:
- Primary Email
- Custom Email Fields (dropdown selection)
- Related Contacts
- Allow multi-select functionality for recipient fields
- Support merge fields for each recipient when needed
This enhancement would significantly improve workflow flexibility and eliminate the need for duplicate contacts, manual forwarding, or redundant automation logic.
