Workflow automations from completed AI agent calls

Need ability to send AI agent transcriptions and notes via workflows. Currently the automated transcript goes to all admins in subaccount if checked, and we have the option to email other users or a custom email but it would be very helpful to also send the transcript via SMS to select numbers even if not users in the system. Many of our accounts don't necessarily actively use GHL or LC as they book externally, but need to be made aware of the call that took place with the AI and follow up.

I'll add to this with my key concern which is that the call transcript (and call information / summary notes) should be accessible in fields/workflows such that we can completely customise the Team users notifications. i.e. Emails, Tasks.
Since currently we're reliant on users fishing our the separate admin email if they want the transcript and/or opening the contact if they want the call summary note.
