Our whole program is about following up and keeping track of leads through the system... When someone however unsubscribes or sends STOP through text... no action seems to take place in the account... So they just stay in the pipeline and it makes things very confusing (dangerous actually if we keep trying to reach them)... All we need is a trigger that can have actions when people unsubscribe... Like IF someone unsubscribes THEN remove them from pipeline and remove them from all campaigns... Please help this happen

You can use phase detection in triggers / workflows to mark a contact as DND when they text STOP or any other phrase.

Also add the ability to have the customers actually manage their own account and cancel them selves. As well as having Stripe payment canceled when the membership has ended.

You can set this up in triggers. If someone replies with certain words you can add them to DND

For SMS if they reply STOP (and some other keywords) then Twilio will not send them any more SMS messages, even if we try to do so out of HL. If you follow the process (see the FB group) to set up an unsubscribe form in Mailgun and they unsubscribe then Mailgun will not send any more emails either. So no danger there, but your point about having to manually set the DND switch in HL remains, and also letting us know somehow.

How is this not a thing?
