Currently, when customer subscribe our plan, we will send the customer the the SaaS link which is created in agency level. And once customer fill in the fields and click "subscribe" button, customer will receive an email which ask client to login

I suggest we can have a trigger it in automation and send sms to client and describe "that has login details in your email" like that.
