Randomized Variables | SMS and EMAIL

Email marketing and its algorithm for sure detects the same content in "sales" email and will be marked as spam, this will help our emails vary from every email we sent in a drip.
Example:
Hi John,
I hope that you're doing well. I'm trying to reach you earlier and you missed my phone call. {{Are you available later today? | Does 4 or 5 PM works? | Can I call you back later today?}}
---
As you can see in this example you have 3 options.
For a birthday, any occasion, or event greetings workflow. This will be really helpful and create multiple contents in one go and have different greetings send out.

You have two options to implement this. The first one is to follow the approach used above (by Marlou). Alternatively, you can set up a randomizer component within the workflows. Within the workflow, include multiple variations of a text message or email. The randomizer will then select one of the message variations randomly before proceeding to the next step.
IMHO, the second option gives you more flexibility rather than only being able to change sentences within an existing template. The second option allows you to have a completely different message altogether if you wanted.
