Pick a phone number to send workflow texts and pick an email to send workflow emails WITHOUT changing the assigned user

We use to be able to assign a campaign to one employee, but with the new workflows, we have to change the assigned user to send text from a specific number.
But what if we don't want to change the assigned user of a contact?
What if multiple people are working a lead? The CEO and the sales team?
If we want to send a text from the CEO and not the sales team, we have to set-up a workflow to reassign the user to the CEO, and then back to the previous rep!
If we could just force all communication in a workflow to send from a specific number and be able to overwrite the phone number that's being used in the specific text message...
This would solve the problem.

You can tag the leads to trigger a new workflow and you can update the number preference for that specific workflow in the automation settings.

To be clear, I think this feature would best be implemented in a "overwrite for entire workflow" option that is only trumped by another feature inside of each text and email step that is "Send from X number"
Both is necessary for this to be dynamic enough to solve our problems without unnecessary headaches.

Yes this would be amazing because when you have to assign a user to a contact just for workflows, when someone rings the mobile number it will ring to the user assigned instead of the main person or landline they want all their incoming calls to go to.

Core Platform: Any update on this Amir Jetfari? If any business has clients in 2 or more cities, multiple people are working the same lead, or you're running 2+ businesses at the same time, this is such a HUGE limitation to your software. You could also just use the geo-filtering software that twilio has built in under the hood
