It would be great if workflows will have a pause option/capability. This way we will have the ability to pause a specific contact in a certain step of a workflow and just easily turn it back on when needed.

It would be nice if we could pause workflows through the agency view so that we don't have to go into hundreds of subaccounts when trying to do a system clean up through API.

this option would be awesome to have. Example is if contact replies in a nurture campaign to pause it and have a trigger that would allow to turn it back on.

It would also be great if someone was in a welcome email sequance and they opted into an ecourse, that they could just pause the welcome sequence, go into the ecourse, and when they finished that, go right back to where they were in the welcome sequence.

I have automations that remind my group members weekly of an event ... however, sometimes the event falls on a holiday (like Christmas) and it would be helpful to be able to pause the workflow for a week so the group doesn't get a reminder for and event that isn't going to happen for a single week.
