Overall Speed/Performance Updates

Guys, I know I'm not the only one struggling with slow loading times on a lot of GHL. We replaced the 9 dots of death with the ring of stress..
We all absolutely LOVE all the new features coming out, but can we pause for a sec and just update the servers or whatever needs to be done in order to make the GHL experience even better for our clients?
I'm an affiliate for GHL as well, so when I make videos promoting GHL and my load times are 30-60 seconds, it can be difficult to be confident in this for new users.
So please, let's just take a second to improve overall speed and performance of GHL!
Me love you long time!

Please, since I have been using GHL, I can't understand how slow it is, and it crashes many times! We need some heavy hosting upgrade or something.

I am based in the UK and notice a significant slowdown of the system, in general when the "USA wakes up" - that's the afternoon in the UK.

Hey everyone, I am the Product Manager for workflows. We have been working on internally to improve the overall performance of the product. Most of these dont make their way to the ChangeLogs but we will make sure to add those so everyone is informed.
It would be great if you can share more details on the issues that you are facing so that we can work on making the improvements and make your experience seamless when using the product(we have noted down the ones already mentioned in the comments).

Prasoon Dadhich you are awesome. Baibhab and the team are awesome. The Platform is awesome. What seems to happen far too often is the rush to launch new features leads to less than optimal technical performance and (more significantly for my perspective) routine enhancement requests being left without action. Prasoon Dadhich Thank you so much. We have noticed a recent improvement in performance when navigating GHL on the web. It is still a little slow (2-4s when changing pages) and should still be improved, but the change is definitely noticeable. We have two main challenges still:
- First page load speed, which is still at 10-30 seconds.
- Sometimes it gets stuck on the "loading fresh data" step, and since we're so used to the slow speeds it takes a while to realize we need to refresh the page to try again.

Prasoon Dadhich One thing that becomes frustrating after using the platform for a while is the loading time after almost every click. Whether I'm opening an opportunity, opening a workflow folder, or doing anything else, there’s always a few seconds of delay. Even though each loading time is short, they add up and become distracting. After working in the platform for a few hours, the constant small loading breaks start to get really annoying. Hope this feedback helps. Thanks to you and the team for working on this!

Prasoon Dadhich Every screen takes a second or two to load - nothing at the moment feels snappy. When you are doing sales work and clicking between screens every few seconds, it makes the work very frustrating and take so much longer than it could.

Prasoon Dadhichits the loading time between clicks, especially navigating between clients as you try to identify workflow issues or sales opportunities. If you can someone do a lazy load, I.e. open the page in milliseconds and then populate the data when moving across the page.

Great to see all these improvements coming!
I just wanted to share that I’ve been noticing some slowness across the platform lately — especially when switching between pages or accessing sections like Automations, Calendars, Leads, and Funnels.
Hopefully this can be optimized soon. Thanks for your ongoing work on the platform!

Prasoon Dadhich You asked for more details. It is very simple. Create a blank page. Literally nothing on it. Publish it. Now use a tool like GTmetrix to look at the load speed statistics. It reports that it takes a few seconds for the page to fully load. Why? It says that there is stuff loading in the background that we have no control over. We can't optimize for speed when a blank page is already loading slow. Start there. That's why I voted for this years ago. Hopefully that helps!

Prasoon Dadhich As an agency that frequently implements CRMs — with over 120 clients and being an official partner with Pipedrive and Kommo — migrating our clients to GHL has been challenging.
For sales teams who already dislike using CRMs, the slow performance in both the Opportunities (Kanban and List view) and Contacts/Messaging areas is very frustrating.
In Pipedrive, for instance, everything feels instant — click and it opens, no lag between screens. When closing a detail view, it immediately returns to the main opportunity list. In GHL, even basic actions and filters take noticeably longer to load.
Overall, the CRM experience feels heavy and unresponsive, almost like it’s running on a low-tier shared server. Optimizing speed and navigation would significantly improve usability and adoption for sales teams.

Prasoon Dadhich It's the ENTIRE site! It takes at least 5 seconds, sometimes 10-20 seconds, to load any page.
It is an infrastructure problem and, possibly, bloated code. It's really bad, though, and everyone in my industry has issues with it, constantly. All the other crms I am familiar with are as fast as any website (Zoho, Salesforce, Sprout).
This is a serious problem and jeopardizing many businesses. I can't be on a call with a client and ask them to wait a minute while something loads!
This has been an issure for YEARS. I would put money on it being a lack of investment in the infrastructure. The load time should be the first thing that is corrected, over any other 'updates', 'features', etc., etc. If it doesn't load quickly, everything else is irrelevant.

Prasoon Dadhich Thank you so much!
To add to what's already been said, on my sites/pages, even the ones that are very basic with fully optimized images, etc., the page will look half blank for several seconds until any of these things load:
--- Calendar
--- ANYTHING REQUIRING A CALCULATION (the user has clicked away before seeing their results to "add field x to field y") -- it regularly takes well beyond 3-5 seconds
--- One- and Two-Step order forms
--- Etc. but these are the top offenders on my pages
The irony is that these are also items that are critical to the customer journey and conversion flow, and especially when using those things to sell this very system, it looks bad and results in people clicking away before completing the funnel.
I am a fan of HL, love this system and all it can do, love that it's so much more intuitive than previous apps I've worked with, but page speed is a major issue. Thanks again for being a company that listens and responds to the needs of us clients!

Prasoon DadhichWhen When I switch sub-accounts, the app freezes frequently. Also, even though the displayed sub-account name has changed, the content of the original sub-account often remains displayed. This really slows down my work efficiency, so I hope they fix this soon.

Has anything improved for page load speed for Communities? I am surprised this is still an issue after over 450 votes for this. When will it get prioritized?
