Overall Speed/Performance Updates

Guys, I know I'm not the only one struggling with slow loading times on a lot of GHL. We replaced the 9 dots of death with the ring of stress..
We all absolutely LOVE all the new features coming out, but can we pause for a sec and just update the servers or whatever needs to be done in order to make the GHL experience even better for our clients?
I'm an affiliate for GHL as well, so when I make videos promoting GHL and my load times are 30-60 seconds, it can be difficult to be confident in this for new users.
So please, let's just take a second to improve overall speed and performance of GHL!
Me love you long time!

Loading time needs a HUGE improvement. I always wonder why it takes sooooooo long. It makes simple tasks difficult.

GHL could be so good - but trying to do sales work, when every screen you go to takes 2-3 seconds to load, is brutal.
Please GHL - stop adding new features and just make the system faster!

We've experienced significant issues with website page performance on HighLevel websites, funnels, and stores, especially for websites that include image galleries. While the platform may be adequate for basic, content-light sites, any use of visual media introduces major performance bottlenecks—most notably on mobile devices.
Despite our efforts to mitigate these issues—compressing images, using WebP format, enabling GHL’s image optimization, and even writing custom JavaScript to force scroll loading due to lazy load problems—image galleries still load extremely slowly, or in some cases, fail to load at all on mobile. This leads to a poor user experience that clients immediately notice.
Additionally, background images (e.g., in hero sections), even when reduced to minimal file sizes, consistently end up being the longest to render, severely impacting first paint times.
It’s disappointing that this feedback wasn't more visible before we launched a client site on GHL, as the experience was frustrating and frankly embarrassing for us. After migrating the same site to Duda, all speed-related issues were resolved immediately.
To be clear, we still value and use HighLevel for its CRM and automation capabilities—which are good and improving all the time. But it would be a huge improvement if website performance, particularly mobile page speed, could meet the standards set by other modern platforms. This is increasingly critical for user experience, SEO, and overall client satisfaction - I'm shocked to see this feedback item open for so long with so many recent complaints for the same issue reported years ago! I hope they do better on this.

The mobile page speeds are so bad. I've spent hours custom coding image elements and tweaking every little thing, still can't get the score above 70, usually hangs out around 55.

I think many people would pay to host on a dedicated server, and it would make this product unbeatable! That's extra revenue GHL! Take advantage of that. This is the downside of the low price, crazy features, and unlimited sub accounts.

Two years later and this is still an issue. It's faster than when I first started with it about a year ago, but it's still too slow. And most annoyingly, most of the site needs to be manually refreshed to see new data, like in the templates, the pipelines and the CRM. It's super tedious. FTLOG auto-refresh new data!
And the load speed between pages, so frustrating. Especially with the CRM, because you have to constantly open and close things and flip to the pipeline or automations or opportunities, etc. TOO SLOW! I wrote a whole thing about how the CRM needs a much better dashboard too.

Verrry slooooow! Seems like it's getting worse. Constant refresh - sometimes it works, other times it kicks me back to the dashboard after watching the spinning wheel for 30 seconds.
