Guys, I know I'm not the only one struggling with slow loading times on a lot of GHL. We replaced the 9 dots of death with the ring of stress..
We all absolutely LOVE all the new features coming out, but can we pause for a sec and just update the servers or whatever needs to be done in order to make the GHL experience even better for our clients?
I'm an affiliate for GHL as well, so when I make videos promoting GHL and my load times are 30-60 seconds, it can be difficult to be confident in this for new users.
So please, let's just take a second to improve overall speed and performance of GHL!

Ryan McBurney Hi Ryan. Sorry, but I'm not with GHL. In my biz I created an email address just deal with all GHL tech stuff and called it GHL Admin for personal reference only. At the time, Ididn't t realize that it would pull my info into the Ideas chat thread & make me look like Im part of the GHL team.

Im moving a client from Hubspot and Im suffering because of that. In Hubspot the load times are between 2-5 seconds and GHL sometimes between 15-60 seconds

I felt like there was a noticeable improvement last week, but this week is super slow, especially from 1pm - 5pm (GMT+8), so frustrating. I love GHL, but now have accounts looking to switch.

Could not agree more with the OP and others here. The websites built with the native builder in GHL are absolutely unusable. Clicking from page to page can take as long as a minute to load the next page, and sometimes it never loads. Images don't load many times, etc. It is just a very poor experience on the front end and backend both.
In addition, it would be nice to have a proper "status" page somewhere like Clickfunnels (and most apps have) that report any issues with the system vs. having to get on with GHL support just to be told that "everything is fine" when we can't get a webpage to load.
GHL is amazing; we love it, but the load times are a deal breaker if this continues. We cannot, in good faith, put business owners on something that runs this slowly. Please, please, please improve the page load times; it is a real issue.
Lately, we are getting this error on every 3rd or 4th attempt at loading a page. It is totally unacceptable.

Yes thats highly necessary. No new Feature could make me happier than faster loading times at that point

We have almost 100% of our users complaining about this. There is a real possibility we'll have to churn as a customer if we don't fix this.
