Opportunity Stage Changes without needing to refresh

Trying to automate stage changes in opportunities, but when the automation fires, the opportunity card does not change stages until the page has been refreshed. Any way to have stage changes become visible without having to refresh? Leading to issues where team thinks the automations are not active and firing.

having to manually refresh the app to see changes whether on pipeline or contacts or whatever seems to be an issue, makes the app seem real buggy - to the point not sure I can resell this to clients. Quite a disappointment that this isn't resolved and even an issue! Most SaaS wouldn't even ship if manual refreshing is required to see the actual data.
