New Trigger - Custom Value Changed

We need the ability to trigger automations based on Custom Values being modified.
Some custom values are sensitive and shouldn't be changed, so we need to change them back if a customer changes them.
Also some custom values are just two other custom values together, and it would be helpful to trigger workflows to add the pieces together and automatically fill out the CV data. For example, Full Name is just First Name + Last Name. I would like an automation that automatically updates a custom value I have for Full Name if First Name or Last Name is modified.
This would increase the speed of onboarding as well as reduce user error. Every instance of this is 30 seconds saved here and there and can be hours worth of time over the course of a year, and days worth of time across all of GHL's customer base for agencies with this type of stuff in place.

This is why we don’t trust the Ideas Board system.
I am hard-headed enough to keep trying.
Who is the ideas board manager? (Not the individual product managers, they are focused on their product. They cannot waste time looking in other categories for suggestions that either overlap their product or, more likely, were posted to the wrong forum by a user who doesn’t know which product manager has authority to implement.)

Keith Besherse: Maintaining IdeasBoard sanity is a task that all product managers handle. There are thousands of Ideas present and some time the same ideas are not merged or gets missed when we are merging the similar ideas. We are actively looking for a better solutions to merge the ideas so that we get a accurate voting for each idea.

Prasoon Dadhich, Thank you for responding. I know how difficult it is to find related idea suggestions! I am suggesting that triaging suggestions and merging repeats (and linking those that are connected or dependent) should be a full time job for someone on the project management team (echelon ABOVE product management).

Prasoon Dadhich I'm not sure there is a "better solution" for managing community ideas in terms of software. I think when it comes down to it, GHL just needs hire someone full time to manage the Ideas board. It's not the software that GHL uses that's flawed, it's the implementation.
This would include keeping the Ideas board clean by combining duplicates, etc, but it would also include genuinely hearing customer feedback and being an advocate for GHL customers. A staff member dedicated to understanding what ideas or issues are urgent and which are not, which ideas have been neglected and need to be moved to the front of the line, which ideas are meaningful to boost customer moral, which ideas can be outright deleted from the board because they don't make sense or were written with gibberish language, etc.
Again, GHL just needs a full-time staffer handling this... specifically under the job description of "customer relations", i.e. not just handling ideas. Rather, this would be a staffer dedicated to maintaining the relationship between GHL and its customers in regards to customer feedback and product growth... a seriously important role that could really elevate GHL above competition that doesn't have this role filled in any capacity.
I'm a huge fan of GHL, as many GHL customers are. However, I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling like the Ideas board is the place where ideas and feedback go to die. On more than one occasion, I've submitted issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later, only to be told there is no coded bug, therefore it's functioning fine and won't be changed anytime soon. What a terrible customer experience to be told that in response to a genuine software bug/issue.

Keith Besherse Custom Values. I use CVs to store account data, including First and Last name of the sub-account owner.
