It would be a really powerful improvement if we could use "begins with" and "ends with" in If/Then statements in workflows.

We could do different actions based on a contacts name (many industries do quarterly phone calls based on the name of the contact), or we could do data fixing like "if X custom value for website does not have 'https://' at the beginning, then add it or does not have '/' at the end, then add it".

I'm just scratching the surface with those ideas, but we could do so much with those 2 additional criteria for If/Then logic. Please add this.
