We can send documents & contracts from a workflow, but not cancel them. This is a problem because if there are 2 documents issued to a Contact that are based on the same template, a workflow with "Template Is: XYZ \ Status Is: Completed" will NOT fire.

"Status: Completed" waits for BOTH contracts to be marked as "Complete" if they are based on the same template.

So if a contact ever requests a certain document more than once via a trigger link, and then only signs one, that signed document won't fire automations until the other one is signed.
