NEED an RSS Feed Email Trigger

Automations is the perfect tool to allow me to trigger a broadcast or email sequence to my list when I post a new blog. If there is a way to capture the link to embed in my email automatically all the better! You could have 2 triggers: 1. for a single post or 2. to initiate a "Digest" email that summarizes the last few since the last one sent out. ConvertKit does this really well if you want to study what i happening.

Yes! My client only wants an email to go out when a new post is made, and with the current RSS Campaign — since it can only be scheduled for certain days/weeks i.e. once a week on Monday, etc. — we fear it will send out duplicate emails if there hasn't been a new post published since the last email went out.
Alternatively: Update the current RSS Campaign option to check and see if the feed has been updated, and if not, to skip the campaign.
As MailChimp no longer supports automated rss emails that check for when the last post was published (they offer it, they don't support it), people are actively looking for a new, easy way to do this.

Add RSS Feed URL to an RSS Email Template

Given the new changes with email from Google, Yahoo, and Outlook, sending a mass blast for RSS campaigns is a bad idea. It would be great to create workflow triggers to send these in smaller batches, or even schedule a batch send separately, however there is a BUG. There is no place to add the RSS Feed URL to the workflow or email template! So the workflow or batch schedule sends out blank emails because there is no way to assign a feed!
There is some urgency to this, as sending out RSS email campaigns on mass blast is a bad idea. Please help.

Sounds like an awesome feature 😃
