Multiple File Custom Field Broken in Email Automation

Lead fills in a form. There is a custom form field where they upload several different photos.
They submit the form.
Workflow automatically sends internal notification email with all of the lead's custom fields pulling into the email.
When you do this, the custom form field pulls in one URL for that photo upload field.
("storage.googleapis.....") But that URL only has ONE of the photos. The rest of the photos that the lead attached do not pull through.

oh man....this issue is not fixed. o boy....how do I now tell client that the new system I am moving him to....doesn't have multiple file upload notification functionality.

This problem has come up a few times and is very difficult to get around especially when we are trying to grey label. It needs to be fixed. It does not inspire confidence to the lead when the system we are trying to sell them on has a bug in their first interaction

Just ran into this, would be great if you just had the file name that was uploaded and have a list of the files.

Agreed that this is a problem that requires a resolution. It's negatively impacting our clients and in turn, their businesses as well.
