Move INDIVIDUAL Contacts to Next Step in Workflow

Right now there is the ability to move ALL contacts to the next step in a workflow. It'd be great if you could select which contacts to move to the next step (as well as a "select all").

I want to just move 1 contact only to the next step but it's forcing me to move everyone. Can you add this ability?
