It would be super helpful we could click and drag workflows into folders. Also, adding a feature to select multiple workflows to draft, publish, delete, move, etc. would be incredible!

It would be nice if we could select workflows and publish, draft, or delete them all at once instead of doing that individually.

It would be great to select each Workflow you want to Publish or make it Draft! Also ability to see more worflows in the same page

This is one of the main reasons I hesitate to recommend Go High Level (GHL) to other clients or companies—the UI is fundamentally incomplete for those managing multiple sub-accounts.
If you're handling a high volume of clients and need to mass-publish or unpublish workflows, there's no efficient way to do it. For example, during a master sync via API across 100+ sublocations, you'd typically want to draft all workflows to prevent them from triggering mid-sync. Unfortunately, GHL offers no way to bulk-draft workflows. Instead, you're forced to open each workflow folder and manually draft every single one. Multiply that by hundreds or thousands of workflows, and you’re wasting hours—if not days—on something that should take seconds.
To make matters worse, the "Pause All" functionality doesn't actually solve this problem. Pausing workflows might seem like a workaround, but once you complete the sync and unpause them, they will immediately trigger—defeating the whole purpose and potentially creating even bigger issues. Guess how I found out?
Bottom line: it's a critical gap in functionality that makes GHL a hard sell for anyone managing systems at scale.

There should be a way to mark a workflow for deletion in a snapshot and push it to all the sub accounts and delete them there so we dont have to go into every single sub account and delete manually. same for anything else that needs to be deleted like custom fields, tags, everything

It would also be great if we had the ability to choose draft/publish on a snapshot import...especially at the granular level vs all-or-none.

I wish more people would vote for this here. The time it takes me to pause workflows is painful. Every so often I need an entire folder paused while I work in some new feature and to have to pause them all one by one is just unfortunate. Seems like a super easy fix.

this is great. it's too tedious to go into each workflow/campaign and put them into draft mode individually
