Make 200% Faster to Create Workflows From Scratch

There is enough room in the UI to have a dedicated button for Creating a New Workflow from scratch. Two clicks to do this still seems to slow for what I'm guessing is the primary use case. Can we please have a Quick Create From Scratch Button that is one button click away?

3 clicks is too many for the most common use case of Creating a New Workflow from Scratch in my opinion. Can we get a Quick Create Button on the Workflows homepage?

Also remove the extra button press of select then click create workflow button.

Would be nice as a quick action, as well as to remove the weird "create from campaign" step that doesn't even exist any more.
Would be nice if they planned for the phase in /out when launching the feature.

Since I am always creating for scratch, this would be an great feature.
