This would be really help during client onboarding. When users start using the CRM for the first time, we need to guide them through the right next steps to take, and internal notes would really help with minimizing user-side mistakes and making everything easier to learn

My clients are heavily using internal comments. They have two main requests:
- Internal Comment Preview in Emails: They'd like to see a preview of the comment in the email itself. This would help them quickly assess the urgency and nature of the request (e.g., can it wait, is it critical). I've attached a screenshot of their current internal notes, which shows how the current email notifications aren't very helpful.
- Email Replies to Internal Comments: They'd like the ability to reply directly to a comment via email.
