We need a trigger in customer replay that we can choose the account page, in the case we have 2 or more instagrams accounts connected to automatically respond with different messages depending on where they write to us. As we do on Instagram Post. or an additional filter for customer replay

We need this as well. We have 2 insta accounts and when someone sends a DM, we cant create a workflow that shows which account the DM came from.

In our case we need to choose the page to be able to assign it to the correct person. Example: A doctor has connected his personal IG account and also his clinic account to a sub account in HighLevel. when someone send a DM to his personal IG account he wants it bo be managed by his personal asistant, but when the DM is sent to the clinic he wants that conversation to be managed by the team of Reps. Currently we can do that when "comments are received via IG" but it is not available for Direct Messages (DM's).
