there should be holiday settings to avoid campaigns running on forgotten yet important holidays. Categorize it by country!

To name a few, emails would go out if the campaign is turned on for all contacts.

Core Platform - Any update would be greatly appreciated, it's hard to remember that every year we need to update the date considering some national holidays are Day based and not Date. as an example,
Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Third Monday in January
Washington's Birthday (Presidents' Day): Third Monday in February
