HOLD option for incoming calls

It would be great to have a HOLD button that plays music for incoming calls, that is only available for OUTGOING calls in the app.

i think this is important for using LC phone as the main phone system for a typical office receiving multiple calls similar to having multiple lines so the office can put an ongoing call(s) on Hold to answer an incoming call then be able to switch between calls.

I dont get it - do you mean being able to put a current call on hold to answer another incoming call? But what does outbound have to do with that? Sorry, im obviously missing something here

It would be great if you could forward them to another internal number as well.
