Highlight text responsive rich text tool bar In courses

When I am editing a course if I want to edit the text, I have to highlight it and then scroll back up to the toolbar. It would be great if it were similar to the website builder when you highlight the text you get the responsive text edit pop-up bar

I want more advanced editing options within the course builder. More similar to PPTX or DOCs. Would be great if there were add-ins for quick quiz questions or even flashcards, or other interactive activities too.
