I understand that Documents/Contracts is relatively new to GHL but here are some ideas on what automations can/should be created
  • the ability to resend a documents that have not been accepted/completed
  • the ability to void documents/contracts after set amount of time after not being accepted/completed.
  • the ability to automatically upload documents to an opportunity
  • the ability to differentiate between documents based keywords, custom fields, titles, dates sent/signed/accepted, etc.
  • the ability to differentiate and automate the sending documents to other contacts connected to the opportunity.
