DND ALL SHOULD INCLUDE INCOMING CALLS

Currently, DND ALL does NOT cover Incoming Calls and it should! Considering the overwhelming number of spam calls a subaccount can get these days, this is VERY MUCH NEEDED!
I've a workflow set up that triggers with a 'spam' tag. Which makes it super easy for clients to isolate these contacts and make sure noone is inundated with spam. This workflow includes DND ALL and DND Calls but the DND Calls does not work - so even if they are added to DND these bots can still call repeatedly.
This seems to be a major oversight to the 'DND ALL' category no?

DND All should NOT block inbound calls, just like it doesn't block inbound texts or emails, in case a previous customer wants to re-engage.
Jen Anne pointed out that the feature to block inbound separately is already available in the DND settings.

Ahh I see what you mean! You can do all DND but there is no way to specify if it's on incoming calls/texts or outgoing only in the trigger! Yes, that definitely seems to be an oversight!!

There is a DND in-bound setting you can select.

Jen Anne I assumed it would be an entirely separate setting - how do you add a number to a block call list?

Brian Del Terzo it’s inside the contact. At the very bottom or directly underneath the outbound DND settings.

I'm sure currently, DND is for outbound only so that contacts do not receive unwanted communications.
