It would be awesome if the campaigns could include task creation events and user alerts.
Example 1:
Prospect has applied for an offer by filling out a form but has not scheduled a consult.
If they still haven't been scheduled after 24 hours, send an email / SMS alert to a specific user or group of users telling them to call the prospect again.
Example 2:
Prospect has scheduled an appointment.
Add a task for a specific user / group of users to call the prospect and confirm they're still coming in for their appointment.
