The ' Call Status - Voicemail ' Workflow Trigger activates as soon as our voicemail recording begins playing... (Ex: "Hi you've reached John, please leave a message.")
People often hang up after the recording starts playing but before they actually leave a message.
I need my workflow to trigger when someone LEAVES a voicemail, not when someone merely gets to the voicemail recording part of the phone call..
