Once the call has been bridged to the contact, there should be a way for us to identify whether the call was successfully connected. If the call is not successfully bridged, we want to send a voicemail to the contact.

This can be achieved via the Call details trigger with the filters for call status applied.

Currently there is no way (that I know of) to detect if a call connect is successful. It would be cool to create a split branch in automations, one for if the call connect was successful and one if not.

I have the same issue. Here's the scenario
- We call the staff number to Auto-Connect a call.
- The staff member does not answer the Auto-Connect
- Now we want to trigger some follows ups (eg. send an SMS or re-trigger another call in 5 mins)
GH Support says this is not "cancel" event... in fact there is no call status triggered from what we can tell...
